I love a good side dish that isnt too much faff and gives a delicious result we lone brassica in our house of all kinds so roasted cauliflower was a perfect addition to our family cooking. This recipe couldn’t get any simpler so get making it:
Half a cauliflower cut into florets
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 180c, put the florets into a large baking dish sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook for 25 minutes or until just browning.
